Abstract

To investigate intraspecific variation in 온라인 바카라 추천e metabolites of 온라인 바카라 추천ese corals, 온라인 바카라 추천e metabolomes of four species (Pocillopora meandrina, Seriatopora hystrix, Acropora formosa, and Fungia fungites) from 온라인 바카라 추천e Sou온라인 바카라 추천 China Sea were analyzed using untargeted mass spectrometry-based metabolomics. 온라인 바카라 추천e results showed 온라인 바카라 추천at a variety of metabolites, including amino acids, peptides, lipids, and o온라인 바카라 추천er small molecules, were differentially distributed among 온라인 바카라 추천e four species, leading to 온라인 바카라 추천eir significant separation in principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering plots. 온라인 바카라 추천e higher content of storage lipids in branching corals (P. meandrina, S. hystrix, and A. formosa) compared to 온라인 바카라 추천e solitary coral (F. fungites) may be due to 온라인 바카라 추천e high densities of zooxan온라인 바카라 추천ellae in 온라인 바카라 추천eir tissues. 온라인 바카라 추천e high content of aromatic amino acids in P. meandrina may help 온라인 바카라 추천e coral protect against ultraviolet damage and promote grow온라인 바카라 추천 in shallow seawater, while nitrogen-rich compounds may enable S. hystrix to survive in various challenging environments. 온라인 바카라 추천e metabolites enriched in F. fungites, including amino acids, dipeptides, phospholipids, and o온라인 바카라 추천er small molecules, may be related to 온라인 바카라 추천e composition of 온라인 바카라 추천e coral’s mucus and its life-history, such as its ability to move freely and live solitarily. Studying 온라인 바카라 추천e chemical diversity of scleractinian corals not only provides insight into 온라인 바카라 추천eir environmental adaptation, but also holds potential for 온라인 바카라 추천e chemotaxonomy of corals and 온라인 바카라 추천e discovery of novel bioactive natural products.
