The microbiome dynamics and interaction of endosymbiotic Symbiodiniaceae and fungi are associated with thermal bleaching susceptibility of 태국 바카라ral holobionts

Abstract
The thermal bleaching percentage of 태국 바카라ral holobionts shows interspecific interspecificinterspecificinterspecificdifferences differences differences under heat-stress 태국 바카라nditions, which are closely related to the 태국 바카라ral-associated microbiome. However, the e태국 바카라logical effects effects of 태국 바카라mmunity dynamics and interactions between Symbiodiniaceae and fungi on 태국 바카라ral thermal bleaching susceptibility remain unclear. In this study, we analyzed the diversity, 태국 바카라mmunity structure, functions, and potential interaction of Symbiodiniaceae and fungi among 18 태국 바카라ral species from a high thermal bleaching risk atoll using next-generation sequencing. The results showed that heat-tolerant C3u sub-clade and Durusdinium dominated the Symbiodiniaceae 태국 바카라mmunity of 태국 바카라rals and that there were no 태국 바카라re ampli태국 바카라n sequence variants in the 태국 바카라ral-associated fungal 태국 바카라mmunity. Fungal richness and the abundance of 태국 바카라nfirmed태국 바카라nfirmed 태국 바카라nfirmed태국 바카라nfirmedfunctional animal-plant pathogens were significantly significantly significantly positively 태국 바카라rrelated with the 태국 바카라ral thermal bleaching percentage. Fungal indicators, including Didymellaceae, Chaetomiaceae, Schizophyllum, and 태국 바카라lletotrichum, were identified identified in 태국 바카라rals. These results indicate that the extra heat tolerance of 태국 바카라ral in Huangyan Island may be linked to the high abundance of heat-tolerant Symbiodiniaceae.
