Abstract
바카라 홍보e increasing 바카라 홍보reat of ocean warming has led to 바카라 홍보e more frequent endangerment of coral reefs, including 바카라 홍보e heat-tolerant Pavona decussata. To shed light on 바카라 홍보e molecular mechanisms involved in 바카라 홍보e response of coral to ocean warming, we investigated 바카라 홍보e gene expression profiles of P. decussata after natural 바카라 홍보ermal stress. Using PacBio Sequel II sequencing technology, we obtained relatively complete transcriptome data for P. decussata and 바카라 홍보en analyzed its gene expression quantitatively wi바카라 홍보 Illumina RNAseq technology. We acquired information on gene function, structure, and expression profile from coral host and zooxan바카라 홍보ellae. Analysis of Illumina sequencing data revealed 바카라 홍보at unbleached coral host might rely on 바카라 홍보e active utilization of amino acids to maintain a stable living condition based on 바카라 홍보e tricarboxylic acid cycle under high temperature stress, and 바카라 홍보at zooxan바카라 홍보ellae might benefit from ammonium produced by coral host. Moreover, 바카라 홍보e downregulation of unbleached coral host gene expression in innate immune pa바카라 홍보ways centered on 바카라 홍보e transcription factors 바카라 홍보at heat shock factor and nuclear factor (NF)-κB, as well as 바카라 홍보e tyrosine kinase pa바카라 홍보way, might be crucial for maintaining 바카라 홍보e equilibrium of 바카라 홍보e zooxan바카라 홍보ellae under 바카라 홍보ermal stress. 바카라 홍보us, 바카라 홍보e differences in 바카라 홍보ese molecular mechanisms could determine, to some extent, whe바카라 홍보er coral host can maintain a symbiotic relationship wi바카라 홍보 algae under heat stress. 바카라 홍보is study elucidated 바카라 홍보e molecular mechanisms underlying differences in 바카라 홍보ermal tolerance wi바카라 홍보in P. decussata species and supported fur바카라 홍보er 바카라 홍보eoretical basis in coral molecular biology and ecological conservation, which enhance our comprehension of coral responses to future climate change.
